Culinary Crescendo:

A Chef’s Dinner featuring award-winning chefs Maneet Chauhan and Michael Mina

Tuesday, February 18th, 7PM

A RARE EXPRIENCE, WELL DONE.

Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina is thrilled to be partnering with celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan for this one-of-a-kind 4-course chef’s dinner.

High up on the 34th floor in Bourbon Steak Nashville, guests will enjoy delicious canapes upon arrival while chefs Mina and Chauhan take turns preparing their thoughtfully crafted dishes. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with domestic and international wines personally selected by head sommelier, Shanning Newell. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet and speak with both chefs.

About Chef Chauhan: After eight years of leading the kitchens of Vermilion in both New York City and Chicago, Chef Chauhan has ventured out on her own and founded Indie Culinaire, an avant-garde culinary and hospitality company. Chef Chauhan currently helms four Nashville restaurants, is the author of a cookbook (with another on the way) and received the prestigious James Beard Award of Excellence. After being the only Indian female ever to compete on Iron Chef and a fierce competitor on The Next Iron Chef, Chef Chauhan is now a full-time judge on the Food Network hit show “Chopped”.

About Chef Mina: Chef Mina and partner Andre Agassi formed the MINA Group in 2002, under which, he has opened over 45 operations worldwide including the Michelin-starred MICHAEL MINA, Chef Mina’s flagship restaurant in the heart of San Francisco. Honored with numerous accolades including the James Beard Foundation “Who’s Who of Food & Beverage” inductee in 2013, Bon Appétit Chef of the Year 2005, and many more, Chef Mina continues to dazzle the culinary world with bold dining concepts. He has been a featured guest chef at the James Beard House numerous times and cooked for three U.S. presidents: Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.

Price: $225 per person (price is inclusive of food, wine, tax and gratuity).
